Youth LEAD Institute Programs
The Las Caras Lindas (LCL) Youth LEAD Institute (YLI) is comprised of two key components. The first program is the Core Program which has been working with young diverse women in the community since 2006. Over the years it has evolved from an 8-week summer program to a 12-week self-esteem leadership development program. The second component is the Youth LEADers Program which is designed as a next step for graduates of the Core Program who are interested in becoming active leaders in their community.
