Programs

Las Caras Lindas (LCL) programs are designed to help us to define ourselves as women. As a leadership program for diverse girls and women, across all ages, LCL effectively integrates a culturally grounded perspective, gender-based framework and strengths based model towards the development of women of color. LCL has three levels of programming.

Individual: Understanding ourselves from a multicultural, strengths based perspective that encourages and calls forth the leader in all of us.
Community: Engaging women in our community in a way that supports the collective development of all people.
Social Entrepreneurship: Investing in our community assets toward a collaborative and sustainable model of growth.
