Programs, diversityLCL presented at i.c. Stars 2012 MLK Day Stakeholders meeting. Throughout the afternoon there were various presenters focused on global leadership, diversity, community impact, etc. LCL was introduced by Tyrone Stoudemire and presented on diversity and the ways in oppression limits diverse girls and women in our development and the need to create opportunities to shift our focus towards a strengths-based model that encourages the growth and the development of our talents regardless of who we are. A wonderfully engaging and thought provoking time was had by all! Thanks to i.c. stars for partnership and congrats to their team for their continued success!
