Blame It On The Alcohol Community Workshop

The LCL Blame It On The Alcohol Workshop 2010 was a multi-component primary prevention program targeted towards at-risk African American and Latino Urban youth and young adults (ages 14 to 21). The goal of the prevention program was to change community norms of underage drinking by dampening and reversing the glamorization of alcohol use perpetuated in the community and the media. LCL youth designed the workshop and the BIOTA murals. The project was funded through the support of the ILAACP Mini Grant.
